Kelly started Balance With Kel in 2019 as she wanted to share her love for yoga. She wanted to share all the amazing benefits she found for her health with others. It is a really honour to share the beautiful practice of yoga with others.
Kelly believes that yoga should be accessible to all ability levels and always offers options to soften and deepen the practice, so that you can practice at your level to suit your body. Kelly teaches different styles of yoga so you can choose which suits you best. With Hatha, Yin, Gentle and Chair Yoga to choose from.
The poses are explained clearly and you are encouraged to notice your body and feel the work you are doing. Yoga is about becoming more observant and in tune with your body and it is important to listen to your body and work in a steady and easeful way nothing should be forced! Everyone is welcome in our classes. Within the class you will find us to be a friendly social group. We offer a supportive environment for students to practice at their own pace, without expectation, competition, or judgement. We promise we will do our very best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We look forward to meeting you and sharing with you.

Kelly has a love and passion for yoga. She came to yoga to help manage her Chronic Pain and Anxiety. She had been told years ago that Yoga would really help but at the time didn’t give that a try. After seeing yoga on TV Kelly decided to give Yoga a go. Straight away she was hooked. Kelly found that yoga really helped to reduce her pain and relieve tightness in her muscles. She was amazed at how her body changed when practicing regularly. Not only did it help her physical pain it also helped to deal with anxiety and stress. Yoga has profoundly changed her life and improved her health. She fell in love with the many healing benefits that yoga brought into her life mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Kelly made the decision to study yoga in 2018 as she felt really passionate about helping others. During her study she also fell in love with Meditation. Kelly believes that yoga is so much more than being flexible on a mat, it’s about stretching your mind open to new opportunities, and of course, remembering to breathe when things seem a little overwhelming. Studying yoga has positively impacted her life in so many ways which is why she is so passionate about sharing it with others. Helping people to appreciate the skin that they are in while inspiring and motivating them to find new ways to challenge themselves and create new goals. Kelly believes in living a healthy and balanced life full of love and gratitude. Her mission as a yoga teacher is to help her students feel comfortable in their practice, learn essential postures, creating balance and ensure a safe practice for everybody.
