About Kel

Kelly understands the challenges of dealing with chronic pain and stress. Kelly’s journey with Chronic Pain started at the age of 9 with Juvenile Arthritis, then fibromyalgia and then a diagnosis of Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder. Kelly spent years struggling to cope with her pain.  Her journey led her to discover the amazing benefits of yoga and so many other holistic practices that changed her life finding ways to cope with and help manage her pain. This has sparked a passion to help others. With many qualifications and tools under her belt Kelly offers classes, courses and practices designed to support your unique needs and guide you towards a more balanced life. We understand that attending in-person classes isn’t always possible, especially when you’re dealing with a pain flare-up or just having one of those days when getting out of bed feels too hard. That’s why we offer flexible class options to suit your needs. You can join our yoga classes in person at our studio, live online from the comfort of your home, or access our replay library to practice at your convenience. No need to worry about missing out on the benefits of our sessions or the camaraderie of our community.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced class that focuses on stretching the body and calming the mind, perfect for stress relief, pain management and relaxation. Ideal for all levels, including beginners and those with physical limitations, no prior yoga experience is required.

Chair Yoga

Our Chair Yoga class is a gentle form of yoga using a chair for additional support, making it accessible for people of all ages and those with limited mobility. This class provides the health benefits of yoga without getting down onto the mat, perfect for seniors and those who have issues getting down on the mat.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a restorative class with long, supported pose holds that stretch and revitalise connective tissues, promoting flexibility and joint mobility. This meditative practice helps calm the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, and cultivate stillness and patience.
