I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years to help manage a chronic pain condition. I’ve been teaching yoga for 5 years. I have a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga with others.

I truly believe that yoga can make such a difference to someone’s life. Having suffered from a medical condition I have empathy for others and love to use my journey to motivate others.
