Hatha Yoga

Hatha classes are intended for ALL students, whether you a beginner, or a more experienced yogi. Hatha Yoga is about movement and breath connection, strengthening and stretching. There are no advanced poses taught in our Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga involves holding postures for a little longer and is perfect for those who want to get deeper into the stretch and explore how their bodies are feeling. Hatha may help to build the mental, emotional and physical strength. By holding postures for longer periods, you may start to understand the weaknesses and strengths of your body, build concentration, patience, focus and stamina. Hatha brings stillness and may help build a deeper connection between mind and body. All classes are well rounded to offer all the wellbeing Yoga has to share with us.
